AIS Policies

In addition to the association's bylaws and research codes, AIS adheres to a strict privacy policy and code of conduct.

AIS Privacy Policy: Addresses data collection, data security, data use, data disclosure, data retention and destruction, access to your own personal data, data handling practices, the handling of inquiries, general concerns and complaints, enforcement of the policy, changes to the policy, and a list of definitions.

AIS Conflict of Interest Policy: Protects the association's interest when it considers entering into a transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interest of an officer or director of the association, or might result in a possible excess benefit transaction.

Policy on AIS Branded Online Social Networks: Social networks operate through online services to help build social relations between people with common interests, activities, or other connections. Social networks may appear from time‐to‐time that are relevant to the purposes of AIS.

If you have any questions about the AIS policies, please contact Pete Tinsley, AIS Executive Director.
